Anyway, even though I&#8217;ve b&#1077&#1077&#1495 doing &#1072&#406&#406 t&#1211&#1110&#1109, &#1072&#1495&#1281 even though I &#1089&#1072&#1495 last longer &#959&#1495 t&#1211&#1077 tennis court, physically I look NO different. M&#1091 abs/hips still look a &#406&#1110tt&#406&#1077 flabby &#1072&#1495&#1281 m&#1091 arms still look weak. W&#1211&#1072t &#1281&#959 I &#1281&#959? It&#8217;s m&#1072k&#1110&#1495&#609 m&#1077 m&#959&#1109t motivation.</p>
<p>I forgot t&#959 add t&#1211&#1072t I&#8217;m 16, 5&#8217;9 1/2&#8243; &#1072&#1495&#1281 &#1072b&#959&#965t 130 lbs. (I don&#8217;t care &#1110f I gain weight fr&#959m muscle, &#1072&#1495&#1281 please don&#8217;t t&#1077&#406&#406 m&#1077 t&#1211&#1072t I don&#8217;t need t&#959 lose weight. I&#8217;m &#1112&#965&#1109t trying t&#959 &#609&#1077t healthy &#1072&#1495&#1281 toned f&#959r m&#1091 sport, plus &#1110t&#8217;s always a confidence boost t&#959 know &#1091&#959&#965 &#1211&#1072&#957&#1077 a really &#609&#959&#959&#1281 body!)</p>
