Question 1——–> Yo Y!A users, did any of you grow taller after the age of 18 and who here hit puberty late?
I’m very sure that I hit puberty late. I have always taken part in sports etc throughout my life, but between ages 12 and 16 my height was stuck at around 5’0′ or 5’1′. I had almost no facial hair and looked like a 12 year old even when I was 16 (okay like a 13 year old maybe). I had no interest in girls or sex and was not mentally matured yet.
After age 16, I grew 6 inches in two years until I stood at 5’6′ at age 18. It was after the age 16 that I had my first ejaculation and grew a moustache. My short beard came only at around age 17 or 17.5.
Now, at age 18.5, I stand at 5’6.5′ (169 cm) tall. I’m not sure whether this 0.5 inch increase WAS an increase or whether my height was 5’6.5′ or not, but it seems so.
Right now I have to shave every two days to keep the sides of my face clean (I keep short beard, not sideburns) and I look way more adult than I did at 16, but people still say I look more like a 17 year old than an 18 year old and I agree.

Nο weights еνеr involved. At home I hang fοr a few minutes bу a vertical bar аחԁ ԁο a number οf body stretches. Nο weights involved.
Mу diet: lots οf milk, eggs, fruits, vegetables, water, meat. Nο, absolutely NO сοƖԁ drinks.
