    try calorie cycling. on some days eat lots of calories to keep your metabolism high and on others take in very little calories.

    People who have “abs” have very low body fat, so it is an all over body thing and not “spot” exercise. My sons do the P90X work out by Tony Horton from BeachBody.com and they follow his diet plan, which is low fat.

    Know that celebrities you see in pictures often time have cosmetic surgery so they get the fat suctioned off their abs to make them show up more.

    Honestly there’s no easy way to burn the fat whilst still gaining muscle. if you drop your carbs, up the protein intake to minimise muscle loss. Do this for 4-6 weeks see the difference, start by dropping your carbs slightly, and up the cardio. You wont get a six pack till you lower that body fat, doing ab excersises will only harden that muscle under the fat, but it will still feel and look like fat. Your also too young for any supplements wether they be whey protein or fat burners. Just be smart with your fat loss.
