my sis-n-law took alli for 2 weeks then had appendicitis surgery now its scared me i was gonna purchase one just to get rid of this pre pregnancy weight but now its scared me because of side effects ….
If you do a little reading, you’ll find out that this girl passed away after an unfortunate auto accident back in ’07. Her death had nothing to do with Alli.
You know, there’s no real substitute for going to the gym, actually working out and watching what you eat. All you lose when you take diet pills is water, though when you get on the scale, you see it’s down a couple numbers which gives you a false sense that you’re losing weight when you aren’t. You don’t lose fat unless you do cardiovascular activity. Don’t waste your money on that crap, pay the same thing for a month’s gym membership and compare the results vs. Alli. Bet the gym and diet wins!

I think anyone who has the strength to put themselves out there deserves respect so thank you for coming out and stating what you are doing. Very insightful. Some women have to keep trying almost everything till they can find something that works for them. Don’t give up, You are a beautiful girl and have to know that there are no quick fixes but whatever you do choose has to be a lifestyle change and something that you think that can stick to for life.
